Purchased tickets cannot be cancelled, exchanged or moved. Only with a valid certificate (obituary, doctor's certificate) can an exception be made (even in bad weather all animals remain visible).
Make sure that the QR-code is clearly readable via mobile or on paper. If not readable, access will be refused.
